Cancellation, Lateness, Payment and Refund Policy
All appointments are subject to this policy
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment so we can start on time if you are doing a session in person.
Appointments booked with Gift Certificates
Gift Certificate appointments are treated the same as all other appointments and are subject to policies set forth by Providence Healing Studio on this page or elsewhere published literature under the purview of Providence Healing Studio.
Running Late for your Appointment –
Always call or text
Starting on time is very important. If you are late for an in-person or phone session and there is more than half of your session time available, we reserve the right to shorten the appointment time in order to stay on schedule for other clients and charge the full amount for your session. If you’re late and there is less than half of your session time left, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge a cancellation fee.
Phone/Online video Appointments
For phone/online video sessions, we will contact you within 5 minutes of our scheduled start time and this will not be deducted from your session time. If you are not available we will leave one (1) message and attempt to contact you again within 5 minutes. If you are not available within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, then we will deem the session a "no show" and it will be charged accordingly (see below).
Cancellations for Intuitive Healings
All healing appointments that are scheduled must be cancelled or rescheduled with 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for the session. This includes appointments where gift certificates are used for booking.
All cancellations less than 24 hours are subject to a fee of $50.00 regardless of the type or length of session.
There is some flexibility in this policy for true emergency situations, but remember a scheduled appointment is time reserved especially for you and when it is missed, that time cannot be used to help another person.
Cancellations and Refunds for Sound Baths
Due to the level of effort to secure a venue for PHS sound bath and meditation events, group and private sound bath appointments require as much notice as possible for cancellation. For client hosted venues, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations less than 48 hours are not eligible for refund;
More than 48-hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
Sessions that are "No Show" without notice of cancellation are charged the full amount of the session, including gift certificate appointments. Cancellation Fees must be paid before another session is scheduled.
Once a session is missed, we reserve the right that pre-payment be made prior to the start of any session.
Payments for appointments are expected at the time of service. Unpaid balances will be invoiced and future appointments cannot be booked until all outstanding balances are settled.
Refunds for Intuitive Healings
We stand behind the services we provide 100% and will not be offended if you have found the session not to be a benefit to your well-being we will gladly refund you your money. Please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours.
