This offering focuses on the 7 embodied chakras and the 7 layers of the Aura where the Practitioner identifies and releases foreign energies and resistance that causes stagnation that may contribute the inability to find joy in life, relationships, and/or career. Refreshing, releasing and rejuvenating the Chakras and Aura makes room the free flow of your own life force allowing you to support your overall wellbeing. Holistic health can be used in conjunction with or as an alternative to western medical practices. Chakra energy healing is designed to align your body and mind and leave you in a place of improved wellness and harmony. The body has seven chakras — each with a specific function and purpose. A chakra is an energy center in your body, and these energy centers help regulate the functions within the body. The chakras are aligned along your spine up to the top of your head and each chakra has a different color and frequency.
